Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions through strategic digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy, images, and videos.
- Manage budget allocations and ensure efficient use of advertising spend.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and effective ad content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
