Job Description:
As the HR Executive for Spectical Asset Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team and ensuring their success in promoting and selling Spectical Asset’s real estate properties. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions related to our network, fostering a positive work environment, and driving performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process for new channel partners.
- Training and Development:
- Develop and implement training programs to equip channel partners with the knowledge and skills required to effectively market and sell Spectical Asset’s real estate properties.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance performance and drive results.
- Performance Management:
- Establish performance metrics and goals, regularly monitor performance, and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Recognize and reward top performers to motivate and incentivize continued success.
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate sales, including licensing and certification for channel partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices to ensure adherence to standards.
- HR Administration:
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate or financial services industry.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritization and multitasking.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a competitive market.
